Dr. Bowlby grew up in Clearwater, Florida, where a love for animals took root early on. After graduating from Countryside High School, she pursued a degree in biology at the University of Central Florida.
Her passion for veterinary medicine led her to Kansas State University, where she earned her DVM in 2011. Dr. Bowlby practiced in both Texas and Virginia and even spent time overseas in Germany and Belgium before returning to Florida to be near family. After working at Sun City Center Veterinary Clinic, she joined the exceptional team at Acupet in Hudson.
Dr. Bowlby shares her home with a French bulldog, a standard poodle, and two ragdoll cats. Outside of work, she enjoys water sports, gardening, yoga, and spending time with her three children.
